I recently stayed at a villa and it was absolutely wonderful! The pick up from the airport was on time and the check-in process was smooth. The villa itself was spacious and luxurious, with beautiful bedrooms and lovely bathrooms. My favorite part was the outdoor jacuzzi - so relaxing! The kitchen was fully equipped, which was great for those who want to cook or have snacks. The pool was amazing and the restaurants had a great view of it. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which was delicious. it was a home away from home experience and I can't wait to go back.
While my stay was amazing, there were a few minor issues. One of the bathrooms had a slight smell, which is quite common in Bali.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the amazing staff service and the lovely breakfasts. the peaceful and relaxing location was perfect for us to escape from the crowds. the fantastic pool area was well-maintained and offered plenty of lounging spots for everyone.
the villa we were checked into was not up to our expectations and there were some safety concerns.
